The services of the Galgóczi Erzsébet City Library

The on-site use of the library stock is free of charge for our readers/users/visitors; in other words, the on-site reading of the book and periodical stocks. The frequently searched, permanently used, or extraordinarily valuable specimens of the library stock can only be studied at the library even for our registered readers! These are the following:

• Manuals and ancillary books (encyclopaedias, dictionaries, databases, repertories, bibliographies, monographs, codes, etc.);
• Periodicals of the actual year (newspapers, weeklies, periodicals, etc.);
• Part of the local knowledge pool (local newspapers, school bulletins, state administration and corporate reports, minutes of the general meetings of the municipal government, proposals, decrees and resolutions, etc.);
• The entire Milkovich-Zámory Collection .

Our reading device facilitates the on-site use of these documents for the disabled.
Access to particular Internet databases (e.g.: EBSCO) can be granted through PCs at the library (on-site use).
On-site use is subject to registration.
