Book reservation in advance

Any library document already lent can be reserved in advance for those who have their valid registration. Such reservation can be done personally, by telephone, or through the library Internet portal, if the reader requesting such service has no overdue return toward the library, the document requested for has already been lent, and no reservation in advance for such document has been made. One reader can reserve maximum eight books, four periodicals, and one media archive (VHS, CD, DVD, audio book) at the same time in advance. Such reservations are held for three months. The request for reservation in advance must be renewed after this period. The readers requesting for the reservation of any document in advance will be notified of the documents returned by mail or in e-mail messages. The returned documents will be reserved for the readers requesting for the reservation service for one week commencing the date of notification in concern to the document requested for.
